Terms and conditions :

A minimum of 5 participants is required for the workshop to take place.

After we have received you pre-enrolment form, we will send you a confirmation of receipt and ask you to pay a deposit of € 300 onto the account given.

Registration for the camp is confirmed upon payment of the deposit.

We will ask you to pay the balance in cash when you arrive at the workshop.

If for any reason the workshop is cancelled, participants will be fully reimbursed.

Enrolment closes on 15 August.

Price for the workshop participant: € 800 (price includes the music course, accommodation, meals and activities).

“Companions” (husband, wife, partner, friend, childrens…) are welcome and encouraged.

Price for a companion: € 400 (price includes accommodation, meals and activities).

Supplement for a single room (limited number) : € 130.

As rooms at the hotel are limited, we unfortunately cannot accept companions alone.

The companions are accommodated in the participant’s room.

Prices do not include insurance.

Travel to and from the workshop is at the participants’ expense, but we are available to help you to find participants for car-sharing and/or a pick up from the nearest train station, Pesaro, to La Miniera.

REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration for the camp is confirmed upon payment of the deposit.
-In the event of cancellation by the participant by June 30, €100 of the deposit will be retained to cover administrative costs.
-In the event of cancellation by the participant from July 1 onward, the deposit will be non-refundable.

INSURANCE

Insurance is not included in the camp fee. Participants must ensure that they have their own civil liability and accident insurance.
The camp organizer declines all responsibility in the event of an accident.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Participants will have access to the teaching materials used during the courses and are authorized to use them for personal use only. These materials may not be shared, photocopied, made available online, or published without prior authorization.

RIGHT TO IMAGE
Photos and videos may be taken during the camp by the organizer or by a person designated by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to use and publish these images for communication purposes related to Minieracustica, the asbl ‘Mal O Mains’, or other publications.

If a participant does not wish to appear in these materials, they are kindly requested to inform the organizer explicitly in advance.
Participants are allowed to take photos or videos during the camp for private use only.
