Program

MINIERACUSTICA offers a week of musical creation, with artistic and tourist activities in the countryside of Urbino in the Marche region.

This musical workshop is for students of all levels, who attend either by themselves or are accompanied by someone. Accommodations are either double or multiple rooms with a private bathroom.

Arrival is scheduled for Sunday, August 16 in the afternoon.

The first lesson is planned on Monday morning. On Friday evening a small class concert is organized.
Departure is scheduled on Saturday, August 22 after the lunch.

Music lessons take place in the mornings in 6 sessions structured in three different formats: instrument classes, workshops, and an individual lesson session.

Each morning from Monday to Friday : 3 hours dedicated to the instrument class in a group of 12 people maximum. You will have an in-depth study of your instrument for a total of 15 hours.

Each morning from Monday to Saturday : each teacher will lead a one-hour workshop each day on a different topic.These sessions are dedicated to group playing and singing or to focus around a certain theme… rhythm, harmony, theory, listening sessions. This allows you to work with other teachers and students from other classes.

On Monday afternoon : a one-to-one session with your instrumental teacher.

The teaching materials are included in the registration.

Afternoons are reserved for extracurricular activities that are included in the price of the course but are optional. They allow you to discover the artistic activities of La Corte della Miniera (the place where the workshop is held). This year we offer you an introduction to linoleumgraphy and screen printing.

A visit of Urbino is scheduled during the week.

Evenings are devoted to concerts and jam sessions.
